These terms apply when you use apps published by HomeQuestLab or this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store are also covered by Apple’s standard licence agreement.

Using our apps

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control. Please don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell them, and don’t use them to break the law or harm others.

Accounts

If an app has accounts, keep your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account at any time, as described on our account deletion page. If a child uses an app, a parent or guardian is responsible for that use.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are sold through Google Play or the App Store and follow their payment and refund rules.

Content and intellectual property

Our apps, their design, characters, graphics and sounds belong to HomeQuestLab or our licensors.

No warranty

We work hard to keep our apps working well, but we provide them “as is” and cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
