Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account and the data linked to it in apps published by HomeQuestLab on Google Play and the App Store: HomeQuest.

Option 1: in the app

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Option 2: request deletion here

If you no longer have the app installed, send us a request. We will verify that you own the account and delete it within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in details (email address, user ID)
• Your progress, settings and any content saved to your account

What we keep, and for how long

• Purchase records required by tax law, kept for the legally required period (usually up to 5 years). Purchases are processed by Google or Apple; we never see your card details.
• Anonymous crash reports that cannot identify you, deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Our email correspondence about your deletion request, kept for 1 year as proof that we handled it.
