Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-10-16

This privacy policy explains how HomeQuestLab (“we”, “us”) handles personal data in our mobile apps and on this website. It applies to every app listed on this site. Each app also has a page with its own details, linked at the bottom.

Who we are

HomeQuestLab is the developer and the data controller for our apps. You can contact us at any time at the email address on our support page.

What we collect

We collect only what an app needs to work. Depending on the app, this may include:

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for behavioural advertising.

Children

Some of our apps are made for children. For those apps we follow the Google Play Families Policy, Apple’s Kids Category rules, the EU GDPR (including Article 8) and the US COPPA. We collect as little as possible, show no behavioural ads, and ask for a parent’s consent where the law requires it. Parents can ask us to review or delete their child’s data at any time.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers, for example Google Firebase for sign-in, cloud saves and crash reports. They process data only on our instructions. Each app’s details page lists the services it uses.

Where data is stored

Where we can choose, we store data in the European Union. Some providers may process data outside the EU; when they do, they use safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data as described on our account deletion page.

Your rights

If you live in the EU, UK or a similar jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, contact us via the support page.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes we will also tell you in the app.
